THE STORY:

THE AUTHOR:

Bruno Blume, born 1972 in Swizerland, where he grew up together with many sisters and brothers. He studied German, History and Arts History in Zurich, Leipzig and Arhus. The author writes books and poems. Today Bruno Blume lives with his family in Thüringen. He has already made four picture books toghether with the illustrator Jacky Gleich

THE ARTIST:

Jacky Gleich, born 1964 in Darmstadt grew up near Berlin. She has studied animations at the Movie Academy in Babelsberg. Jacky Gleich has illustrated over 30 books for children and adults and received numerous awards, such as the „Deutschen Jugendliteraturpreis 1998“. Today, the artist is living with her huge family in Thüringen.
